I am conducting market research and looking to speak with start-up CEOs/Founders to learn more about their existing People/Talent challenges within the organization. Having worked at early staged stealth start-ups and big companies in Silicon Valley for the last 9 years, including companies like SoftBank and Google, I've worked the full gamut from seed to public/regulated companies. I recently launched Aspire Talent, a boutique HR consultancy for start-ups and SMBs, based in California, which specializes in helping early staged/series start-ups with PEOPLE growth and scaling.
