There are so many benefits of peer learning.
For me, finding my "crew" of professional peers did the following:
1. Held me accountable to achieving my goals. We would all share our goals and progress with the group.
2. Helped me feel seen, and less alone in my career navigation. Listening to other people talk about their career highs and lows reminded me that we all feel the same emotions and challenges when it comes to work (and life).
3. Gave me the greatest sense of motivation and confidence I've ever felt. There's something about a group of peers believing in you, and telling you so, that is simply unreplicable. I've never felt more empowered.
