How do you approach making changes in your career direction?https://www.linkedin.com/in/ekuacant/

Hi Elpha Ladies, I hope you're well. I have been away from socials and working on re-aligning myself with how I can best serve as coach. I will now be focussing on helping ambitious mid-life career women to undertake career transitions to careers they love. I know that there can be a lot of fears, worries and a lack of confidence on a career transitions journey. What are your biggest fears? Here are some common ones:❌ It’s too late to make a career change❌ I’ll have to start again❌ No-one will take me seriously ❌ Fear that your experience will be irrelevant I’ve also lived some of these fears in my own career journey, when I have moved between being a Civil Servant to being a full-time entrepreneur. I found that a couple of things helped me to tackle these fears and consider how to begin to approach making a career transition. Here are 3 tips to help you fight your fears:✅ CLARITY - Decide on which direction you want to go and explore it✅ MINDSET - Decide to embrace change and believe your abilities can utilised in ways that you have never imagined ✅ COURAGE - Begin with taking small steps to plan your new career direction Join the discussion, how do you approach making changes to your career direction?
