What if we gamified DEI to challenges thoughts and behaviors of employees?

Employees complete challenges that address a DEI topic and must take authentic action on the challenge in order to earn points.

Actions are compassion-driven and provide employees a way to emotionally connect to the topic.

In order to earn points, employees have to post videos to share what they learned and the action they took.
