Born Savage Shoe Drive and Fundraiserhttps://charity.pledgeit.org/f/fqZ6UzDoKT

Did you know that the average person has over 19 pairs of shoes?

This holiday season, I wanted to do something more impactful than just generating sales for Born Savage. I was recently at a friend's house and saw all of the shoes at the front door. I started thinking about how excessive and overwhelming it felt. I decided to partner with Sole4Souls to hold our 1st shoe drive.

At Soles4Souls, we turn unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunities, by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use - providing relief, creating jobs, and empowering people to break the cycle of poverty.

Here are some ways that you can participate.

You can fill out the digital donor card, put Born Savage on the form, and drop off your shoes at any DSW or Famous Footwear location near you or you can donate whatever is in your heart to help with this cause.

Thank you,

Chandra Savage

that's wonderful! way to combat consumerism and waste!
This is nice; I wish I lived somewhere where I could donate.
Ohh where abouts are you Morgan (i swear you told me but i'm sorry i forgot! :( ) and i think you might be able to find somewhere lcoal to donate esp this time of the year? the big ngos like salvation army are out there !
Salvation Army doesn't do right by people in their shelters, but I did find that Soles 4 Souls collaborates with Zappos and allows free shipped donations, so that's good. I do want to find somewhere that actually breaks the shoe down and recycles them, because some of mine aren't fit to rehome.
Where do you live Morgan?
Northwest Florida.
They do not have DSW or Famous Footwear nearby.
