Being a female CTO in health tech

I would love to hear from you, fellow women, about your experience with breaking a glass ceiling and being a woman in male-dominated industries. I have started my career in banking, then moved to steel trading (99% of males), and finally to AI. I found it extremely difficult at times being a tech female and not being taken seriously. I hope to contribute to a change through my own experience. I started a company in France around AI for the early detection of neurodegenerative disorders via speech biomarkers. Currently, I am part of an accelerator program and we are building a health tech company with me taking a CTO role, a bride intro: https://careunblocked.notion.site/Care-unBlocked-Company-Intro-da460f8ebb6a47bd8a6ba6c0dd055b82

I would love to hear your stories, chat, chat about my company, hear your feedback or discuss possibilities of you joining a team.
