Hi Ladies,In our everchanging field, what are the most essential skills, you believe digital marketers should have. What are the essential skills that you have in today's Digital Marketing field and what would you like to improve upon/learn?

I focus on a lot of what you've already mentioned. The one thing that's not there that I work on is data analysis. Since everything in digital can be tracked, my goal is to make sure that's set up correctly and then analyze and assess. Of course, we use Google Analytics and our reporting for social channels, but I also test other tools. The other thing would be just staying on top of new technologies. I read a lot about AI and machine learning in marketing because it seems light years away now, but just like social, I think it'll eventually become a staple in marketing so I stay on top of how digital marketers can use it.
