Please stop thinking you aren’t “as valuable” because you aren’t on a certain level of the organization or you haven’t secured said title.

Title doesn’t not equate to value. In my last individual contributor role, I was a subject matter expert as far as my primary responsibilities were concerned + I actively held roles on the Enterprise Leadership Team and Chapter level of our Women’s Employee Resource Group.
