I’m delighted to share the report 2021 Women in Tech launched this week by Kaspersky and Ada’s List – an online community of women working in tech - where I’m featured.Over the last 2 years, Kaspersky have carried out research among women working in IT and technology, across Europe, North America, APAC and Latin America. In this report, Kaspersky sought to find out how women in the IT industry feel two years on from the initial research, and what has changed over this period.Why do you need to read this short report? - We share the highlights from surveying 13,000 respondents working in tech/IT worldwide on the progress made reaching #GenderEquality in their organizations since 2018.- We examine the impact of COVID-19 on work-life balance for women in tech, share best practices for attracting women to IT and tech careers, and provide thought leadership on why the events of this year could be a catalyst for more accelerated progress.How do the findings of the survey resonate with your experience?
