It depends on the startup (direct to consumer product vs B2B SaaS are fundamentally different), on top of that you can also add the nuances per industry.

The tool 15five is an overall performance management tool, but it includes a KPI/goals function where you can track your goals weekly by percentages. Might be worth looking into.
